Technical Business Analyst/Technical Product Owner: Adobe Experience Platform & Enterprise Data Alignment
Client is building out its customer data and personalisation capability on Adobe Experience Platform. They need a Technical BA/Product Owner who can take business requirements from marketing and digital teams, translate them into precise XDM specifications, and make sure what lives in Adobe stays aligned with the central enterprise data platform.
In practice, this role owns the parity between the two. You will understand the business ask, define the schema and data dictionary in Adobe, and specify what the enterprise data team needs to deliver so both sides describe and supply customer data consistently.
The strongest candidates will bring genuine depth in data analysis and data modelling. Hands-on Adobe tooling experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional data specialists with a clear ability to get up to speed on the Adobe stack quickly will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements to XDM Translation (Core Focus)
- Run discovery sessions with marketing, CRM, digital and product stakeholders to capture use cases and business requirements
- Translate requirements into XDM schemas, field groups, datasets and identity namespaces
- Define standardised naming, data types and structures so concepts are described consistently across systems
- Define profile merge policies, identity graph logic and segmentation rules
- Maintain clear, version-controlled specifications and a shared data dictionary

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
