Technical Business Development Manager
up to £45,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company Car

Help engineering businesses solve complex sourcing and supply chain challenges.
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international business that partners with engineering and manufacturing companies to source products globally, improve quality, reduce costs and simplify complex procurement.
This is a consultative business development role where you'll build relationships with engineering and procurement leaders, identify new commercial opportunities and develop tailored supply chain solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new business across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Build relationships with Engineering, Operations and Procurement leaders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customers' global sourcing and supply chains.
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations.
- Manage opportunities from first meeting through to contract award.
- Develop strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and sourcing teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
About You
You'll probably have experience in:
- Technical or engineering sales
- Manufacturing or industrial solutions
- Supply chain or procurement services
- Engineering components or industrial distribution

- A proven track record of winning new business.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Excellent relationship-building ability.
- Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
- Confidence working with senior decision-makers.
- A full UK driving licence.
