We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Technical Business Support Officer to join their Property Services team in Oxford.
This is a varied role providing technical, operational and financial support to property maintenance teams, with responsibility for systems, contractor coordination, compliance and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation including drawings, RAMS and contracts.
- Monitor statutory compliance records, including fire, gas and electrical certifications.
- Coordinate contractors, work orders, variations and CVRs.
- Process SOR claims and invoices, monitor repair costs and support financial administration.
- Analyse maintenance data and produce reports on trends and contractor performance.

About You
- Experience using property management or maintenance systems.
- Understanding of property maintenance trades such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, including CDM 2015.
- NVQ/City & Guilds in building maintenance or a relevant business administration qualification/degree.
