We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Technical Business Support Officer to join their Property Services team in Oxford.

This is a varied role providing technical, operational and financial support to property maintenance teams, with responsibility for systems, contractor coordination, compliance and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Maintain technical documentation including drawings, RAMS and contracts.
  • Monitor statutory compliance records, including fire, gas and electrical certifications.
  • Coordinate contractors, work orders, variations and CVRs.
  • Process SOR claims and invoices, monitor repair costs and support financial administration.
  • Analyse maintenance data and produce reports on trends and contractor performance.

About You

  • Experience using property management or maintenance systems.
  • Understanding of property maintenance trades such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
  • Knowledge of building safety legislation, including CDM 2015.
  • NVQ/City & Guilds in building maintenance or a relevant business administration qualification/degree.
