Dressaway
Dressaway is a B2B2C fashion-intelligence platform that personalises the shopping journey from the first query through to a complete, shoppable look. It brings together product-fit compatibility, styling expertise, outfit-level reasoning and context within one connected reasoning engine.
Dressaway is changing how retailers personalise the shopping journey, helping shoppers make more confident and informed purchase decisions. It brings deeper personalisation across the customer journey, delivering more relevant recommendations that can increase conversion, strengthen retention and reduce returns.
For shoppers, Dressaway reduces endless scrolling and decision fatigue by bringing together fit, styling and outfit compatibility to recommend both individual garments and complete looks tailored to the occasion, context and individual need.
Co-founder Opportunity
I have been building Dressaway as a solo founder since the beginning of this year. I have developed the product direction, reasoning architecture, fashion knowledge foundation and implementation strategy, while taking the MVP into its later stages. The first working prototype is now nearing a functional stage. The next phase is to test it rigorously, strengthen the technology and develop the platform towards beta and, ultimately, retailer integration.
I am looking for a technical co-founder who is excited by the intersection of fashion and technology, willing to challenge conventional thinking, and motivated by the opportunity to create something meaningfully new.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Co-ownership Means
This is an opportunity to make a real impact and shape both the technology and the company at an early stage. You will work directly with me to develop the platform, tackle the difficult questions and make shared decisions about how the product and business evolve. You will co-own the technical direction, with the freedom to bring your own ideas, challenge the current approach and pursue better solutions when the evidence supports them.
What You’ll Be Building
The immediate focus will be on completing and strengthening the reasoning engine, connecting its models and data sources, developing the agentic, MCP-first architecture and establishing a dependable framework for evaluating recommendation quality.
There is no off-the-shelf solution for what we are building. The work is highly hands-on and will involve experimentation, iteration and, where necessary, changing course when the evidence points to a better approach. We will build, test, understand where the system succeeds or fails, and use those findings to determine what to improve next.
The objective is to turn the foundation already in place into a scalable platform that can support beta and develop into dependable technology for retailer environments.

We’ll Make a Great Team If
- You naturally question how systems work, move comfortably between the bigger picture and technical detail, and enjoy building new solutions while working through difficult technical problems rather than settling for the obvious answer.
- You bring experience or strong working knowledge across applied AI and software architecture, including LLMs, AI agents, knowledge retrieval, multimodal systems, backend development, APIs and data modelling.
What matters most is intellectual curiosity, sound technical judgement and the confidence to explore unfamiliar territory. You should keep pace with how the technology is evolving, look beyond what has already become standard, and think actively about what emerging capabilities could make possible. An interest in fashion and a genuine curiosity about improving personalisation within the industry is an absolute bonus!
Dressaway is pre-launch and currently seeking investment. This is an equity-based co-founder role. Ideally, I am looking for someone based in London or nearby, so we can work remotely while still meeting in person from time to time.
