Job Description
Lead the technical vision for an AI-native platform automating complex enterprise workflows. You will architect agentic systems and RAG pipelines that transform unstructured communication data into actionable insights. As a founding partner, you'll bridge the gap between high-level AI research and production-ready systems, shaping the product's direction from the earliest stages.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures, including LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with early design partners to translate complex business workflows into reliable, explainable, and production-grade AI features.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from rapid prototyping and benchmarking to deploying, monitoring, and scaling a robust enterprise-ready platform.
