Company Description
A new legal tech startup in stealth, building an end-to-end regulatory compliance product for in-house teams looking for a technical co-founder. This is an equity-only role until we raise a pre-seed round.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team with strong investor interest in building a new legal/compliance product. Therefore, we have a strong preference for individuals with a legal tech and/or compliance background.
We are actively working with committed development partners.
Role Description
We are seeking a technical co-founder who will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the future. Key responsibilities include:

Post raise, the role will be key in mapping and hiring engineering and design teams, and enhancing the user experience to meet the market demand.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform product decisions and strategy
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and investors
- Experience in sales and marketing to launch, position, and grow product adoption in competitive markets preferred
- Proficiency in research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in product development and leadership in the tech or legal tech industry is preferred.
- Understanding of legal industry workflows and challenges is a strong advantage.
