Technical Co-Founder OR Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Daily Body Mastery | Women’s Health + AI | UK-based | Equity only initially | Part-time welcome

I’m looking for someone technical to join Daily Body Mastery right at the beginning.

That could look like:

  • Technical Co-Founder, if you’re looking for the company you want to help build for the next several years.
  • Founding Full-Stack Engineer, if you believe in the problem and want to help build it without committing full-time yet.

You do not need to leave your job tomorrow.

Even one committed day a week to begin with could work for the right person.

This is currently an equity-only opportunity, so I’m specifically looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we’re building and wants ownership in it. Equity and role would be structured around contribution and commitment.

So, what is Daily Body Mastery?

DBM is a UK-based women’s digital-health company helping women with recurring or unexplained symptoms understand what’s happening in their body, recognise their own patterns, cope better on difficult days and know where to get appropriate support.

It started because I needed it myself.

After years of Hashimoto’s, digestive problems and symptoms nobody could quite connect, I went through thyroid cancer, surgery and treatment.

Afterwards, my body felt completely unfamiliar.

I had doctors. Data. Practitioners. Years of my own training in somatic work and nervous-system regulation.

Everyone had a piece of the puzzle.

I still couldn’t answer:

What is actually normal for me?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

So I started building the thing I wish I’d had.

DBM connects what usually sits in separate boxes:

  • Symptoms + cycle + nervous-system state + mood + daily life.

And helps women turn that information into something useful.

UNDERSTAND

Help me connect the dots and recognise my normal.

COPE

Help me understand what may support me today.

SUPPORT

Help me know when and where to get more help, and prepare for those conversations.

We’re not trying to build another traditional symptom tracker or slap a chatbot onto health data.

Over time, I want us to build meaningful proprietary data, stronger interpretation systems and a product that can become part of the infrastructure between women and the healthcare they’re trying to navigate.

WHO I’D LOVE TO MEET

You’re probably a strong full-stack/product engineer who is comfortable across some combination of:

  • Modern web application development
  • Backend architecture and databases
  • AI/LLM integration
  • APIs and integrations
  • Authentication and data privacy
  • Product architecture
  • Data systems
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Thinking about what should eventually become proprietary versus built on existing models

Healthtech experience would be amazing, but it isn’t essential.

What matters much more is that you care about the problem.

I’m looking for someone who thinks carefully about safety, privacy and evidence, while still enjoying the scrappiness of building something from zero.

Someone who wants to talk to users as well as code.

Someone who’ll challenge my ideas rather than simply build whatever I ask for.

Someone kind, curious, commercially aware and low-ego.

And ideally someone I can laugh with when the product does something completely unhinged five minutes before a demo.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

I’ve already been working on user research and validation, product direction, positioning and GTM, early prototype development, clinical/expert relationships, community building and the longer-term UK healthtech pathway.

I bring 17 years of startup experience across marketing, product, GTM, operations and leadership, alongside my background as an accredited performance coach and somatic practitioner.

I’m based in France with my two Vietnamese rescue dogs, but Daily Body Mastery is a UK company and I’m specifically looking for someone UK-based as we build into the UK women’s-health and healthcare ecosystem.

THE PRACTICAL BIT

  • Location: UK-based
  • Commitment: Flexible, even around 1 day/week initially
  • Compensation: Equity only at this pre-funding stage
  • Role: Technical Co-Founder or Founding Full-Stack Engineer
  • Longer term: Potential to grow into a much larger technical leadership/co-founder role as the company develops

I’m much more interested in finding the right person who believes in this than ticking every box on a technical CV.

If this sounds like the sort of problem you’d stay up thinking about, DM me with a little about you, what you’ve built and why women’s health or DBM interests you.

And if someone immediately came to mind while reading this, I’d really appreciate an introduction. 🤍
