Altrad Integrity Services are currently looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the team, providing operational and technical project support to assist with the successful delivery of project activities. The role will work closely with the Maintenance Planner, Project Manager, client and wider project team to support planning, coordination and execution of work scopes.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide operational and technical project engineering support to the project team and wider Altrad business.
  • Provide support and work under the direction of the Maintenance Planner.
  • Assist with SAP transactions and the review, input and processing of material and plant orders.
  • Track plant and equipment and maintain personnel POB rotas.
  • Raise, edit, review and process offshore/onshore timesheets.
  • Generate resource mobilisation forms.
  • Understand and agree the scope of work with the client and define technical solutions within scope of work documents.
  • Compile estimates and develop CTRs in line with project requirements.
  • Compile accurate method statements and work packs in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Define the materials, plant, equipment, PPE and consumables required to execute the work.
  • Define the disciplines and competency levels required to execute the work.
  • Liaise with Altrad and client planning departments regarding work scope, resources and progress.
  • Ensure required plant, equipment, PPE, consumables and materials are available and returned as required.
  • Assist with personnel pre-mobilisation briefings and remain involved throughout the progress and execution of the work.
  • Assist in resolving technical and planning issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and effective cost control on projects.
  • Support the Project Manager with incidents, accidents, risk management and training and competency processes.
  • Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with Altrad HSEQ requirements and Safer Together behaviours.

  • Experience in a similar Technical Coordinator role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in a project engineering role within the Oil and Gas Industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the range of services Altrad can provide to clients is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Altrad and/or client Business Management Systems is desirable.
  • Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, including COSHH, MSDS, TBRA and Occupational Health.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience of project cost control.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
