ClaritySight is an early-stage AI software business being created to turn workplace conversations into organisational intelligence.

The proposition, target market, product scope, roadmap, and commercial strategy are already developed. I am an experienced go-to-market leader looking for a technical co-founder who can turn that foundation into a working product and help build the business from the beginning.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity to experience the most exciting parts of being a founder without starting from a blank sheet of paper.

You can concentrate on creating the technology while working alongside a commercially experienced founder who will lead customer development, sales, and growth.

You might be an experienced developer who wants to build something alongside your current role, someone early in your career with exceptional technical ability, or someone ready to build something of their own. Your background matters less than your ability to take genuine technical ownership and make consistent progress.

The ambition is to build ClaritySight into a business worth more than £10 million. There are no guarantees, but a founding shareholding of up to 20% could become life-changing if we succeed. You will own a meaningful part of the business and share directly in the value we create.

What you will do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will take the technical lead during the initial build, including:

  • Recommending the right architecture and development approach
  • Building the first version of ClaritySight
  • Integrating AI transcription, summarisation, and analysis
  • Developing Microsoft Teams and Outlook integrations
  • Creating secure user roles, permissions, and data structures
  • Building foundations capable of supporting enterprise customers
  • Helping shape and grow the future technology team

I am not prescribing a technology stack. I want someone with the experience and judgement to recommend how the platform should be built, what should be developed internally, and where proven technology can accelerate delivery.

Who I am looking for

You will need:

  • Strong full-stack development capability
  • Practical experience building with AI models, APIs, and modern AI tools
  • The ability to take a product from requirements to release
  • A sound understanding of architecture, information security, and data privacy
  • Good judgement around speed, cost, scale, and technical debt
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a business
  • The capacity to make consistent progress

Founder experience is not essential, but you must be able to demonstrate that you can personally build and release credible products.

This is not suitable for agencies, outsourced development businesses, or applicants seeking freelance work.

Location and working relationship

This is a primarily remote opportunity, but we will meet in person when important decisions or working sessions require it. You must be based in Hampshire or within reasonable travelling distance.

You are welcome to begin this alongside a current full-time role, working evenings and weekends during the initial build. I am looking for consistent progress and genuine commitment rather than requiring you to leave secure employment before the business can support a salary.

You must be permitted to undertake outside work and confirm that your existing employment arrangements will not give your employer any rights over work created for ClaritySight.

Equity and future salary

There is no salary during the initial build.

An equity allocation of up to 20% is available, subject to an agreed vesting schedule, delivery expectations, and formal founder and shareholder agreements.

Salary will be introduced as the business reaches agreed and affordable funding or revenue milestones.

All intellectual property created for ClaritySight will belong to the business.

Your future at ClaritySight

You will join as Technical Co-founder and Founding Engineer, with the opportunity to develop into a senior technology leader as the business grows.

How to apply

Please include:

  • A brief introduction and why this opportunity interests you
  • Examples of products or systems you have personally built
  • Details of your practical AI development experience
  • Your location and current availability
  • Your initial thoughts on building an AI SaaS MVP

The process will involve discussions with the Founder, a trusted adviser, a detailed review of the proposed product, and time spent exploring ideas, capabilities, and how we would work together before either party makes a final commitment.
