Technical Competence Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the training and competence records relating to Sentinel and IRSE for Siemens Mobility. Schedule track training based on Sentinel & IRSE requirements, ad-hoc requests for projects and regions, waiting lists or from expiring records.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Coordinating training and competence activities for employees across the business
- Managing training schedules and ensuring critical qualifications remain current
- Maintaining and updating accurate competence and compliance records, databases and frameworks
- Acting as a key point of contact for competence queries and providing administrative support
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Producing reports and business updates
- Supporting audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Manage incoming email to the Sentinel administration inbox

- Strong organisation and planning skills, with experience coordinating multiple activities, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A careful and accurate approach to working with data, records and reports, with an understanding of the importance of compliance
- Good communication skills and confidence working with colleagues, customers and external partners
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a wider team
- Experienced in using full range of MS365
- Previous experience working in a customer facing team or a training/competence function would be beneficial but not mandatory
