Technical Compliance Administrator
£12.71 per hour for basic hours
£19.07 per hour for overtime
Location: Blackburn (BB1 3BS)
Previous experience in recruitment not essential, however admin experience required.
Hours: 39.5 per week. Mon – Thurs 7:30 – 15:30, Fri 7:30-13:30
Temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks available
Kingdom People are recruiting for Technical Compliance Administrator to work at one of our client’s locations. It is mainly based in the office, however the element of shop floor presence in food production and warehouse environment is required. Full PPE will have to be worn (hair net, boots, overall, ear plugs – all provided). The client operates in ambient production environment.

The Role
Technical Compliance Administrator will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Obtaining information from and Managing Trace and Compliance databases for regulatory requirements
- Maintaining records for traceability requirements
- Generating and issuing of certificates to customers
- Co-ordination of sampling and testing through Europortal
- Support the preparation of reports and trending for monthly KPI
- Assist with document updates and the change process
- Provide departmental support during periods of absence and peak workload

Requirements
Technical Compliance Administrator ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8 hr shift
- Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours
- Previous experience in administration is essential, ideally within technical or compliance
- Being able to commute to Blackburn (BB1 3BS)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
