Our client is seeking a Technical Compliance Administrator to join their growing team based in St Albans.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding business in a newly created role. Supporting the management of products and projects, you will help ensure compliance requirements are met, documentation is maintained, and key information is managed accurately throughout the product lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, methodical, a strong communicator, and relationship builder. You will enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise technical and compliance documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Manage project information and ensure required documentation is completed within agreed deadlines
  • Support the coordination of testing, certification, and compliance activities
  • Monitor project progress and escalate any issues or delays where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to obtain required documentation and information
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure project information is communicated effectively
  • Support project delivery by monitoring key milestones and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Learn and navigate various customer and third-party systems and portals
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external specialists to obtain accurate information and approvals
  • Review documentation and materials to ensure they meet relevant regulatory and compliance standards
  • Develop your knowledge and expertise within a growing compliance function

What The Employer Is Looking For

  • 1 year+ of previous experience in an administrative, compliance, project support, or data-focused role
  • An interest in compliance, regulations, quality assurance, or governance processes
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with data and documentation
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable building relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and use your own initiative
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience supporting projects, managing documentation, or working within regulated environments would be advantageous
  • A degree or qualification in a technical, scientific, business, or related discipline would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Due to location, you will need to be a driver with your own vehicle
