About the Role
Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you'll provide technical leadership across all areas of property compliance, ensuring our mechanical, electrical and life safety systems are designed, installed, maintained and operated safely and in accordance with all statutory requirements. You'll work across multiple compliance disciplines including:
- Gas Safety
- Electrical Safety
- Fire Safety
- Water Hygiene (Legionella)
- Lifting Equipment
- Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Heating and Ventilation Systems
- Building Safety legislation

Working closely with colleagues across Asset Management, Development and Building Safety, you'll help shape technical standards for existing homes and future developments while ensuring contractors consistently deliver safe, compliant and high-quality services. This is a varied role combining technical expertise, contractor management, compliance assurance and continuous service improvement.
