Job Description

Overview

Shaping a smarter, more agile world.

You might know us for the great work we do across our wide variety of projects. We're proud to say it's thanks to our people's diversity of thought, expertise and knowledge, and when you join us, you'll be a part of this genuinely collaborative environment, where everyone's voice is valued and treated equally.

We're passionate about what we do, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Simply put, this is a great place to be. So, when it comes to your life outside of work, ask us about our flexible and remote working policies designed to help you get the most out of life.

Our Complex Projects (CP) business unit serves as a centre of excellence for project delivery and technical innovation across the UK and Ireland, uniting exceptional client-side project management expertise with world-class execution and management contracting capabilities, enabling us to deliver outstanding solutions for our clients. Our Technical Assurance team is the home of grip, control, and accountability. To drive forward our Assurance function we have identified the need for a Technical Compliance Manager. This role will form part of the CP Technical Directorate function, reporting to the Business Unit (BU) Technical Assurance Director.

The primary focus of this role will be to support the Technical Assurance Director in driving forward operational assurance and compliance initiatives, developing business process improvements and monitoring delivery risk and compliance. The candidate will work closely with the Operations team and leaders from across our delivery sectors to drive engineering excellence, technical compliance, and evolve how we work. This will involve taking a hands-on role in organising, preparing for, shaping and driving the day-to-day technical review forums, communities, and improvement workstreams. The role is expected to be wide ranging, touching all aspects of our business from technical audits, delivery readiness and supply chain engagement to strategic goal setting and staff engagement. This role represents an opportunity for significant exposure to the inner workings of our business, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact by shaping the CP growth story.

Your role

We are seeking an energetic, and persuasive professional, capable of taking ownership of multiple competing priorities and creating a coherent forward-focused view. This is more than an administrative or technical management role, it will require someone with a desire to find commonality across sectors and drive technical compliance and assurance in a changing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
