TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Alcaidesa, Cadiz
We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our project portfolio across residential, and commercial sectors. You will align teams, clear roadblocks, and keep every build running on time and on budget.
Who you need to be
Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, have a strong personality when dealing with multiple stakeholders, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. You will need experience in dealing with Spanish paperwork, especially for TownHall purposes.

- Align Project Managers
- Standardize workflows
- Keep build milestones on track
- Push internal and external teams to hit deadlines
- Clear bottlenecks
- Manage project admin, docs, and billing

Admin, Legal & Compliance
- Oversee project paperwork, legal obligations, and administrative deadlines
- Handle notifications from public bodies
- Work with legal to mitigate risks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure First Occupancy Licenses (LPO)
Stakeholder & Public Relations
- Act as the main liaison with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and town halls
- Build strong connections with partners, technical teams, and local communities
- Represent the company on governing boards
Team Leadership
- Build and guide our Project Management technical office
- Bring multidisciplinary teams together to streamline workflows and drive results
