Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimise Epicor BAQs to meet business and reporting requirements
- Create, configure and enhance Epicor Dashboards using BAQs and underlying Epicor data
- Review existing BAQs and dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with users across Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to understand reporting requirements
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within Epicor
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to BAQs, dashboards and data
- Support the creation of real-time operational reporting and management information
- Ensure BAQs are efficient, accurate and appropriately structured
- Support the development of queries for use across dashboards, reports and other Epicor functionality
- Document developments and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Work alongside the wider Epicor technical and functional teams where required

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience working with Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP
- Advanced experience developing Epicor BAQs
- Strong experience creating and customising Epicor Dashboards
- Good understanding of Epicor's underlying data structures and tables
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into BAQs and dashboards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multiple Epicor modules and business processes
- Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

- BPMs
- SSRS / Epicor SSRS Reports
- SQL / SQL Server
- Epicor Kinetic UI
- Epicor Data Analytics (EDA)
- Data integrations and reporting solutions
- Experience supporting Epicor upgrades or optimisation projects
