Job Title: HPC Technical Consultant – Power & Cooling
Location: United Kingdom (Fully Remote, 50% travel to customer sites)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You Will Do
- Provide on-site technical leadership for large-scale liquid cooling deployments at major customer sites.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients on power, thermal, and cooling infrastructure requirements.
- Decipher complex RFP requirements and collaborate with IT architects to design compliant, air- and water-cooled solutions.
- Deliver engineering guidance across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, plumbing, and control systems.
- Collaborate with sales, internal engineering teams, and external CDU providers to scope solutions, determine costs, and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
- Identify and integrate key emerging technologies into future releases to advance product capabilities.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a technical consultant specializing in power and cooling systems.
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or thermal engineering.
- Deep knowledge of data center power delivery, cooling architectures, and heat transfer principles.
- HVAC project engineering experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a proven track record of driving technical decisions to closure.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.
