STRUMIS develops and supports specialist management software for the steel fabrication industry. Our software is used by companies around the world to manage everything from estimating and purchasing through to fabrication, delivery, and installation of steelwork. Our team works closely with customers to implement STRUMIS, deliver training, and support them as their business grows. We focus on building long term partnerships with our customers rather than just supplying software.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, customer focused Technical Consultant to join the STRUMIS team. This role combines software training, implementation, customer support, and project management, so it would suit someone who enjoys working with people as much as working with software. You will be responsible for delivering STRUMIS software training both on-site and remotely, as well as managing software implementations from start to finish. This means working closely with customers to understand their requirements, configure their system, deliver training, and ensure projects are completed successfully. The role involves both UK and international travel, working directly with customers in the steel fabrication industry.

What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering STRUMIS software training on-site and via remote training sessions
- Managing software implementations from initial planning through to completion
- Working with customers to understand their business processes and system requirements
- Configuring the STRUMIS system prior to implementation
- Coordinating with the STRUMIS Support team to resolve any system issues during implementation
- Completing implementation and training documentation
- Supporting the technical support team when not delivering training
- Reporting software issues, bugs, and improvement requests back to the development team
- Travelling to customer sites both in the UK and internationally

- Previous experience of STRUMIS software
- Previous experience within the steel fabrication environment
- Previous software implementations & technical installation

Additional Information
This is a full-time role based on a 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday. National and international travel will be required as part of the role.
