Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Technical / Consultative Dental Equipment Sales role based between our Christchurch and Taunton offices and showrooms with some work-from-home flexibility. The professional in this role will consult with dental practices and laboratories to understand their clinical, technical, and workflow needs and recommend appropriate equipment and surgery design solutions. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Dentistry and Dental Technology, with a strong understanding of dental procedures, equipment needs, and clinical workflows.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge related to Dental processes to effectively advise on relevant equipment and solutions.
  • Relevant experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare equipment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical features into practical benefits.
  • Comfort with a hybrid working model, including regular on-site visits to clients and coordination with in-house engineering and showroom teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Background in dental technology, dentistry, or a related healthcare field (formal qualifications or substantial industry experience) is highly advantageous.
