Position Overview
As the Technical Content Architect & Creator, you will architect, define, and design the blueprint of high-quality technical content ensuring it is highly effective, reusable, and repurposable according to our Go-to-Market strategy. You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing superlative technical content to support messaging, with a focus on reusability and the ability to generate various derivatives with minimal effort. Working closely with marketing divisions, product segments, and PreSales teams, you'll drive engagement and growth while articulating complex ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design comprehensive technical content strategies aligned with Go-to-Market objectives, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalability across all platforms
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality technical content that translates complex product concepts into engaging narratives for diverse audiences
- Develop content frameworks and templates that enable efficient content repurposing and derivative creation with minimal additional effort
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and PreSales teams to identify content gaps and opportunities that drive customer engagement and business growth
- Capture, edit, and produce technical video content using industry-standard tools to enhance content diversity and audience engagement
- Partner with international and remote teams to ensure content meets regional needs while maintaining global brand consistency

Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience with at least one Siemens DI SW tool (Altair products, NX, Simcenter, Mentor Graphics, Teamcenter, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with the broader Siemens Software portfolio and understanding of PLM industry landscape
- Strong storytelling and communication skills in English with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content
- Hands-on experience with video capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international and remote team environments with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Exposure to the sales cycle including PreSales, Sales, and Services functions
- Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms

The salary range for this position is £53,600 to £91,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
