Technical Content Lead

Sharp Business Systems (SBS) UK
Hybrid | Leeds / Stockport | Marketing

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a collaborative, dynamic and innovative environment with a globally recognised technology brand?
At Sharp Business Systems (SBS) UK, we're looking for a Technical Content Lead to join our growing Marketing team.
As we continue to expand our technology portfolio across Business Applications, IT Services, Digital Transformation, AI and Cyber Security, we’re investing in content that strengthens visibility, sales enablement and demand generation.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and define how a leading B2B technology organisation communicates complex solutions to the market. Combining strategy, insights and hands-on execution, you'll own content direction, solution messaging and full-funnel content programmes that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and evolve Sharp's technical content strategy, messaging frameworks and content roadmap.
  • Create compelling content across blogs, articles, case studies, guides, campaigns, webinars and thought leadership assets.
  • Translate complex technology topics including ERP, Business Applications, AI, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation into engaging customer-focused content.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Technical SMEs to ensure content is accurate, relevant and commercially impactful.
  • Drive SEO and AI/LLM content optimisation using performance insights and best practice.
  • Establish content standards, governance and best practice across the wider team.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality content aligned to brand and business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
