Technical Coordinator - Yorkshire

We are looking for an organised and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our expanding technical department. This is a brand new role that will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high quality residential developments across Yorkshire.

Working alongside our Technical Director and wider technical team, you will ensure projects run smoothly by:

  • Coordinating technical information
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting the delivery of multiple developments from planning through to construction

The role:

  • Managing technical documentation, drawings, reports and specifications using document management systems.
  • Maintaining accurate document registers, filing systems and project records.
  • Coordinating information between Technical, Land, Commercial, Construction and Sales teams.
  • Monitoring project milestones, planning conditions, statutory approvals and consultant deliverables.
  • Organising technical meetings, preparing agendas and producing meeting minutes.
  • Ensuring documentation complies with company procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety requirements.

Your experience:

  • Previous administrative experience within Construction, Housebuilding, Engineering or Property sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing technical or confidential documents.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal teams and external consultants.
