Technical Coordinator

Whiteley, Hampshire | Up to £50,000 DOE

A great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a leading developer supporting the Technical Director across construction projects and wider technical delivery requirements.

You’ll coordinate consultants, approvals, production information, working drawings and technical information across live development requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage information required for clearing planning conditions
  • Coordinate external consultants and production information
  • Prepare submissions for building regulations and regulatory approvals
  • Prepare working drawings and supporting technical information
  • Review supplier and manufacturer information
  • Review technical content within sales literature
  • Support Project Managers, Site Managers and other departments
  • Provide technical input on build ability and project requirements

  • Minimum HNC in building or NVQ Level 5 in a relevant subject
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 products
  • Detailed experience of the building regulations process
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory constraints
  • Understanding of legal processes and laws relating to the construction industry
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
