ROLE: Technical Coordinator - Reactive

HOURS: 37.5 hours a week

LOCATION: Barnard Castle

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator - Reactive who will own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the reactive maintenance process from initial request through to completion and closure.
  • Co‑ordinate reactive maintenance activities through internal engineering teams and specialist contractors.
  • Ensure all reactive works are prioritised, assigned and completed in accordance with SLA response and completion targets.
  • Ensure suitable RAMS, permits and supporting documentation are in place prior to commencement of works.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and manage customer expectations through to closure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience co‑ordinating reactive maintenance activities within a technical or facilities management environment.
  • Experience working within regulated or compliance‑led environments.
  • Experience using CAFM systems and managing operational work orders.
