Working closely with the Head of Track Systems, you will coordinate telemetry support for private tests, manage hardware orders and shipments, maintain operational records, and support activities relating to Formula 1 events around the world.

Combining strong organisational skills with an interest in technology and motorsport, you will act as a trusted point of contact for teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. From coordinating event requirements and monitoring hardware movements to supporting financial reporting and improving departmental processes, you will help ensure that technical operations run efficiently and effectively.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telemetry support requirements for private tests, taking ownership of planning, preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for teams during the planning stages of private test support, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide financial reporting and forecasting support to the Head of Department.
  • Review, document, and continuously improve the operational processes and procedures associated with the role.
  • Manage hardware sales to teams, including preparing quotations, administering orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to support the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and tracking documentation to support effective hardware lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate priority shipments of Return Material Authorisation hardware to and from Formula 1 events and operational locations worldwide.
  • Input event data into the LifeCheck asset-tracking system, keeping information updated in line with event schedules.
  • Produce and maintain clear technical records, administrative reports, and tracking documentation.
  • Support the preparation, configuration, and deployment of hardware for events, private tests, and customer requirements.
  • Proactively identify operational risks, escalating issues when appropriate and proposing practical solutions.
  • Respond to team and customer enquiries professionally and promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives by conducting research and presenting findings.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company procedures, confidentiality obligations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
