Technical Coordinator – East Midlands

An excellent opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a growing residential developer, supporting the technical delivery of housing developments from planning through to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical drawings, designs, specifications and information across residential developments.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Review technical information, identify discrepancies and maintain drawing registers.
  • Assist with Building Regulations, warranty, highways, drainage and utility approvals.
  • Coordinate technical queries and information between Technical, Commercial, Construction, Sales, Land and Planning.
  • Monitor consultant deliverables against agreed programmes and support the Technical Manager with project delivery.
  • Attend design, technical and site meetings, helping maintain technical standards and processes.

About You

  • Experience in housebuilding, residential development, architecture, engineering or construction.
  • Understanding of residential construction and the development process.
  • Experience working with technical drawings and design information.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards and Building Regulations.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a desire to develop professionally.
