Technical Coordinator - North Midlands

We are looking for an organised and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our expanding technical department. This is a brand new role that will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high-quality residential developments across North Midlands.
The role:
- Managing technical documentation, drawings, reports, and specifications using document management systems.
- Maintaining accurate document registers, filing systems, and project records.
- Coordinating information between Technical, Land, Commercial, Construction, and Sales teams.
- Monitoring project milestones, planning conditions, statutory approvals, and consultant deliverables.
- Organising technical meetings, preparing agendas, and producing meeting minutes.
- Ensuring documentation complies with company procedures, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements.

Your experience:
- Previous administrative experience within Construction, Housebuilding, Engineering, or Property sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing technical or confidential documents.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal teams and external consultants.
