Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to help manage a prestigious project consisting of high value, high rise apartments. This multi-phase, high-end residential development requires a dedicated professional to help lead the technical aspects, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment led elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical specifications, and compliance reports.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and technical standards specific to high-end residential developments.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
