About Our Client
Our client delivers quality and unique housing developments across Cornwall. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to strengthen the technical team and appoint a Technical Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team, based in Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across multiple live sites from planning through to completion
- Coordinate consultants and ensure designs are delivered on time and to standard
- Manage planning conditions and liaise with authorities and statutory bodies
- Ensure technical information meets Building Regulations, NHBC, and local requirements
- Identify and resolve design and technical risks before they impact site
- Manage technical budgets and consultant fees
- Report progress, risks, and key issues to senior management

What You Need
- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager within new build housing.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulations, and NHBC requirements.
- Confident managing consultants, disciplines, programmes, and quality.
- Good technical understanding of house design, site layouts, drainage, and infrastructure.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple live projects and competing priorities.
- Relevant construction/design qualification desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon & Cornwall.
