About Us
We’re a growing confectionery manufacturer supplying premium Chocolate and Sweet products to retailers across the UK. Our Technical Team plays a central role in ensuring our products are safe, compliant, and consistently delicious — and we’re now looking for a motivated graduate to join us as our new Technical Coordinator.
This is a rare opportunity to begin your career in FMCG with hands-on experience across Quality, Food Safety, and New Product Development. You’ll help bring new chocolate and confectionery products to life — from first concept to supermarket shelves.
The Role
As Technical Coordinator, you will support the site’s Quality and Food Safety Management Systems through a mix of technical administration, compliance activities, and project support. You’ll work closely with our Technical Manager, Production Team, and NPD to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
