Location: Exeter
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join an established residential development team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of projects and work closely with consultants, design teams, and site teams.
The Role
- Coordinate external consultants and design teams
- Manage planning conditions and technical approvals
- Oversee detailed design and working drawings
- Obtain Building Regulations approvals
- Review technical and supplier information
- Resolve technical queries and support site teams

About You
- Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
- Housebuilding or property development experience
- Good understanding of the residential technical process
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and external consultants
- Attained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBA
