Technical CRM Manager

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to shape the future of digital revenue, personalisation and agentic AI in a large leading retail business.

Our client is looking for a Technical CRM Specialist to lead a major new digital programme across its significant estate.

💰 £55k to £60k DOE plus bonus
🚙 Generous car allowance
🏠 Hybrid working – One day a week in the office (West Midlands)

A snapshot of the role:

  • Own the CRM strategy and roadmap, using data to drive targeted, multi-channel revenue growth.
  • Lead the rollout and growth of a new digital activation platform across email, push, paid media, social, web and app.
  • Explore and test new ways of working using agentic AI and automation.
  • Own the commercial story, keeping delivery on track against ambitious targets.
  • Bring teams and agency partners together, making complex tech and data easy to understand and commercially useful.
  • Build a strong test-and-learn culture, constantly looking for ways to improve digital performance.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Strong experience in CRM, customer data and personalisation, with a focus on driving revenue.
  • Ideally having an agency background and working with specialist teams across digital channels including email, paid media, social, web and app.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of turning data and insight into measurable results.
  • Skilled in working with AI, automation and new marketing technology, and excited about finding new ways to make it work in practice.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and agency partners, bringing people together and getting things done.
