Technical CRM Specialist - Revenue Focus

Birmingham - Hybrid
£50k to £60k

Ready to shape the future of digital revenue, personalisation and AI-led guest engagement? A leading retail chain is looking for a Technical CRM Specialist with focus on customer revenue to lead a major new digital programme across its significant estate. This is a strategic, commercially focused role with real scope to shape how the business uses guest data, AI, personalisation and technology to drive measurable revenue growth.

You’ll:

  • Own the CRM strategy and delivery roadmap, turning guest data into targeted, multi-channel revenue growth.
  • Lead the rollout and scaling of a new digital activation platform across email, push, paid media, social, web and app.
  • Define and pilot new agentic AI and automation-led ways of working.
  • Own the commercial narrative, tracking delivery against ambitious targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners, translating complex technology and data into clear commercial outcomes.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture across digital channels, continually optimising performance.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Deep experience in guest/customer data, personalisation and revenue optimisation.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of turning data into measurable value.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging marketing technology.
  • Strong stakeholder and agency leadership skills.
  • Experience across multiple digital activation channels and ideally within hospitality, retail or another multi-site environment.
