Technical CRO Manager

I'm hiring a Technical CRO Manager for one of the UK's leading customer acquisition businesses.

This is a rare opportunity to build and own an internal CRO capability from the ground up, taking responsibility for experimentation across multiple high-traffic lead generation brands while helping shape the future of the CRO function.

Unlike many CRO roles, this isn't purely strategy and analysis. They need someone who can combine experimentation expertise, commercial thinking, and hands-on front-end testing skills.

The company

A fast-growing international marketing and technology business operating across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and France.

They own and operate their own digital brands rather than acting as an agency, giving them complete control over customer acquisition, experimentation, and optimisation across the customer journey.

With 40+ lead-generation journeys and significant investment into paid search and paid social, there is huge scope to drive measurable commercial impact through experimentation.

The opportunity

The business has invested in CRO through external contractors for the last couple of years and is now bringing the capability in-house.

You'll take ownership of:

  • The CRO roadmap
  • Experimentation strategy
  • Testing frameworks
  • Front-end test implementation
  • Future team growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
