About Reslink
Reslink is an innovative SaaS company helping organisations make everyday work simpler, more efficient and more connected.
Its all-in-one Field Service Management platform helps businesses manage mobile workforces, schedule and distribute tasks, track assets and collect real-time data across multiple locations. Today, Reslink supports 50,000+ users across 10+ countries, with customers across industries including cleaning, security, maintenance and real estate.
With a strong presence in the UK and a growing international customer base, Reslink combines deep industry expertise with a scalable SaaS platform designed around the realities of field-based businesses.
As Reslink continues to grow its UK operations, we’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join the team and take ownership of customer projects from planning through to successful delivery.
The Role
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for making sure customer projects are delivered successfully, on time and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that goes beyond traditional project management. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their business, pain points and how they use the platform, while also supporting technical and commercial activities throughout the customer journey.
You’ll need to be comfortable wearing many different hats: managing projects, presenting and demonstrating the product, supporting presales and technical sales activities, and helping customers with technical questions even after a project has been completed. Communication and proactivity are key. We’re looking for someone with an outbound mindset who is comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, following up and taking ownership when something needs to be solved.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage customer projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, pain points and needs.
- Explore how customers use the platform and identify opportunities to improve their experience and the way they work.
- Proactively communicate with customers, provide updates and follow up on actions.
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned on project requirements and timelines.
- Translate customer requirements into clear actions and project deliverables.
- Translate customer requirements and operational processes into practical configurations within the Reslink platform.
- Keep projects on track, identifying potential issues early and taking ownership of resolving them.
- Run product demos and confidently present technical product features to customers.
- Support presales and technical sales activities, helping customers understand how Reslink can solve their needs.
- Support customers with the implementation, adoption and ongoing use of Reslink’s SaaS platform.
- Provide technical support and guidance when customer questions arise, including after project completion.
- Work closely with both commercial and technical teams to find practical solutions.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, customer satisfaction and project delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

You are:
- Experienced in a customer facing role for 2-5 years in a digital / technical environment
- Based in the UK, ideally in the North West (Greater Manchester/Merseyside). Or you can travel to Manchester / Liverpool within an hour.
- Comfortable primarily working from home.
- Experienced in project management and delivering projects successfully.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a SaaS, technology or software environment.
- Customer-focused, curious and genuinely interested in understanding how customers work and how their experience could be improved.

- Technically savvy and comfortable working with SaaS/software solutions.
- Comfortable supporting presales and technical sales activities.
- Proactive and confident communicating with customers, including by phone.
- Comfortable wearing many hats and switching between project management, customer, technical and commercial responsibilities.

- Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment.
- Practical, curious and solution-oriented when challenges arise.
