London Based Contract - Inside IR35
Split over 2 phases totalling 8 months - with the potential for extensions
Caspian One have partnered with a leading global investment bank looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the deployment and adoption of a portfolio of AI agent solutions within a key business division.
Essential Experience
- Background in solution or enterprise architecture at a tier 1 or large investment bank
- First-hand experience of review boards, change governance, risk sign-off and model risk processes
- Accountable for taking agentic solutions into production beyond pilots
- Credible knowledge of agent architectures, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and generative AI failure modes
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Entra ID and Power Platform
- Working knowledge of ITIL, including defining service processes and production readiness criteria
- Able to map technology risks to a bank's control framework and engage with second-line risk
- Has led a delivery team and been the senior client-facing lead on a consulting or professional services engagement

- Lending, credit or retail banking knowledge
- Experience inheriting and stabilising another supplier's solution
- AI governance frameworks: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, and PRA/FCA expectations including SS1/23
- UK financial services operational resilience and third-party risk
- ITIL 4, TOGAF or Microsoft certifications
- LLM evaluation, observability or responsible AI tooling
- Consulting or managed services background, including SLAs and commercial scope
