Delivery Lead - Websites & Digital Platforms

A leading global organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of their Sales Content Enablement workstream, focusing on websites and digital platforms. This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Business, Technology, and Vendors, ensuring that every aspect of delivery aligns seamlessly with objectives, scope, timelines, and outcomes.

Your proven ability to guide projects from mobilisation through go-live adoption benefit realisation demonstrates your dependability as a collaborative leader who supports communal achievement. You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships influence senior leaders maintain positive inter-personal connections across diverse teams. Your deep understanding of governance planning dependency tracking risk identification issue resolution budgeting testing readiness change management principles allows you to create environments where teams flourish together. Strong communication skills empower you to facilitate transparent dialogue between internal groups external partners vendors ensuring seamless coordination throughout programme lifecycles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead or Project Manager overseeing complex programmes focused on content platforms such as sales enablement tools or digital asset management systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully leading end-to-end delivery initiatives from mobilisation through go-live adoption and benefits realisation within large-scale organisations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills enabling you to influence senior leaders effectively while maintaining positive inter-personal relationships across diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of governance structures planning methodologies dependency tracking risk identification issue resolution budget oversight testing frameworks readiness assessments and change management principles.
  • Ability to operate with gravitas in high-level discussions using a structured approach that drives decisions resolves blockers efficiently promotes communal achievement.
