Technical Delivery Manager – iGaming (B2C)

3-month consulting engagement, with potential to convert to a full-time role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to own software delivery for a Tier-1 B2C iGaming launch. The successful candidate will lead a 20+ team translating the product roadmap into a coordinated, production-ready technical delivery plan.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role — not a pure project management or Scrum position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery performance and operating rhythm of a 20+ team
  • Ensure all code, architecture and technical documentation are securely maintained as company-controlled IP, with full transferability and continuity
  • Translate product, commercial and regulatory roadmaps into integrated technical plans across web, mobile, platform and data
  • Set delivery standards across architecture, documentation, quality, test automation and release management
  • Own the consolidated technical roadmap across PAM, sportsbook, casino, game aggregation and other third-party suppliers
  • Manage supplier APIs, environments, SLAs, certification dependencies and integration issue resolution
  • Drive use of AI and automation to improve engineering throughput, testing, documentation and delivery governance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
