Description
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join a growing Product and Engineering team.
You'll play a key role in delivering enhancements, new features, and platform improvements across a large-scale eCommerce ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, you'll help ensure complex initiatives are delivered effectively, dependencies are managed, and teams are set up for success.
This is an opportunity to work on a high-traffic digital platform that serves millions of customers, helping shape both the customer experience and the way engineering teams deliver value.
You'll work alongside Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Architects to coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams have the clarity, focus, and support they need to deliver high-quality solutions.
Rather than traditional project management, the focus is on enabling teams to navigate complexity, solve delivery challenges, and maintain momentum. You'll be a trusted partner across the organisation, helping to align priorities, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Experience leading technical delivery within modern Agile software engineering environments.
- A strong track record of working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Engineers.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, platforms, or third-party partners.
- The ability to manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, and competing priorities in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including cloud technologies, APIs, CI/CD, and iterative delivery approaches.
- Experience using data and delivery insights to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
- The ability to quickly establish credibility and make an immediate impact within an existing organisation.
