Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery)
Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery) sits within the Technology team at easyJet holidays, supporting the delivery of digital products and solutions that help create great holiday experiences for our customers. Working as part of the Delivery capability, you’ll collaborate with product teams and technology partners to turn business priorities into successful technical outcomes.
In this role, you’ll lead the technical delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and third-party suppliers. You’ll help shape delivery plans, manage progress, and ensure solutions are delivered to agreed quality, budget, and timescales.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Product Owners to provide technical guidance and support the delivery of strategic initiatives
- Supporting technology roadmap planning through estimation, resource planning, and delivery input
- Working closely with architecture teams to develop and evolve solutions through discovery and delivery
- Embedding agile ways of working, supporting teams and suppliers to continuously improve delivery practices
- Managing the successful delivery of technical solutions, ensuring milestones, quality standards, budgets, and timelines are met
- Supporting changes to scope, timelines, and costs through agreed delivery processes
- Facilitating planning activities and helping teams build clear, achievable delivery roadmaps
- Providing regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and governance groups
- Leading internal and third-party delivery teams to develop, test, and release software solutions
- Identifying and managing delivery risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans where needed
- Encouraging collaboration across teams and stakeholders to improve solutions and delivery outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement across technology delivery, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and automation

What you'll bring to the team:
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering digital solutions
- Experience working with third-party technology suppliers to achieve successful outcomes
- A track record of delivering complex solutions across multiple teams and dependencies
- Experience managing both onshore and offshore delivery partners
- Experience managing delivery budgets and using data to support decision-making and transparency
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Experience embedding delivery best practices across suppliers and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build collaborative, motivated teams and strong working relationships
- Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
- Confidence translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
