SC + NPPV3 Cleared Senior Technical Delivery Lead/Scrum Master
We are seeking SC + NPPV3 Cleared Senior Technical Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to support a complex technology delivery programme within a UK policing, crime, intelligence and public-sector environment.
This is a senior delivery role requiring strong Agile/Sprint leadership, technical oversight, governance and assurance coordination, together with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, technical teams and public-sector partners.
Duration: 3 months initially, extension is likely
Day rate: £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid, WFH and London
Key Experience
- Current SC + NPPV3 clearance
- Senior Technical Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Delivery Manager experience
- Proven technology delivery experience within policing, crime, intelligence or a comparable regulated public-sector environment
- Strong Sprint/Agile delivery leadership
- Technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams and workstreams
- Experience coordinating governance, assurance, risks, dependencies and technical approvals
- Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management
- Experience liaising with policing/public-sector stakeholders

Agile & Technical Delivery
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and manage delivery dependencies
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers and Architects
- Support backlog management and delivery planning
- Track delivery using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
- Provide clear delivery reporting and Agile metrics
- Support phased rollout, operational transition and acceptance

Technology Environment
- Experience delivering within data, analytics, intelligence, investigative or enterprise technology platforms is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Prometheus or comparable data/intelligence platforms, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Python, data integration/ingestion or similar technologies would be advantageous.
- You do not need to have experience with every technology listed; strong technical delivery experience in a comparable secure environment is more important.
- Relevant Agile qualifications such as PSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe are advantageous.
