About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, operational performance, and profitable growth across client engagements. Working in partnership with Account Leadership, you will lead distributed teams, drive transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong BFSI experience, with expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Services.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
- Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Lead teams across multiple delivery locations to provide seamless client experience.
- Promote adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and engineering best practices.

Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning technology delivery with client business objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction, account advocacy, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Growth & Commercial Management
- Partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Support solution development, proposals, and strategic account planning.
- Manage portfolio financial performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and forecasting.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and develop high-performing delivery teams (of 50 to 100)
- Coach and mentor delivery leaders and future talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Role Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale technology delivery programs.
- Strong Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management.
- Proven experience managing global delivery organizations and complex transformation programs.
- Strong client-facing leadership with experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience managing delivery financials, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Experience in managing outcome and/or output-oriented engagements in a global delivery model.
- Exposure to driving delivery-led account growth.
- Exposure to working in a matrix structure.
- Hands-on experience with AI-first software delivery practices.
- Relevant technical certifications, will be a nice to have.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
