Day Rate: £700 - £920 pd umbrella


A leading global financial institution seeks a Technical Delivery Manager for an initial six-month contract in London. Working 2-3 days in the London City office, this role offers the chance to drive impactful regulatory projects within a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional growth and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of derivatives application development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements, allocate resources, and oversee project phases from inception to post-implementation support.
  • Monitor budgets, manage testing phases (SIT/UAT), and ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, chair steering committee meetings, and produce detailed reports.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies while continuously improving processes.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in regulated financial services environments, particularly within UK banks.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory change initiatives and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Teams, JIRA, and Visio.
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Relevant certifications (Agile Practitioner, PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not essential.
