Technical Delivery Manager with Fintech Experience

Role Overview

Looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Fintech experience. This is NOT a security lead role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (PM, BM, DevOps, Risk & regulatory teams, etc)
  • Detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
  • Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Document processes and decisions for auditability and traceability.

  • Integrate regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.) into project plans and delivery workflows.
  • Work closely with Risk, Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare for and pass technology audits and certifications.
