Join the Aristocrat Interactive team as a Technical Delivery Manager

Play a key role in delivering the next generation of our enterprise data platform. Collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Business teams, you will lead complex technical and customer initiatives. These initiatives support data-driven decision making across Aristocrat Interactive.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and lead all aspects of technical interdependencies. You will manage delivery risks and ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality requirements. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable working with engineering teams on technical delivery as they are presenting progress and risks to senior leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Data Platform portfolio.
  • Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, achievements, RAID logs, and dependency maps across several engineering groups.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Managers, and Data Engineering teams to coordinate successful execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning where required.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical workstreams alongside engineering and build groups.
  • Coordinate releases across multiple teams, ensuring technical readiness and successful production deployments.
  • Track project health through delivery metrics, achievements, and benchmarks, providing regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, governance, estimation practices, and Agile ways of working.
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Develop collaboration across geographically distributed engineering teams while promoting accountability and delivery excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
