Technical Delivery Manager – Workday & People Systems
Cambridge (Hybrid – 40–60% office based)
£68,700 – £91,950 + Excellent Benefits

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of a global organisation's Workday and People Systems landscape.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation undergoing continued investment in its HR technology platforms, where you'll lead a team of technical specialists while driving innovation, service excellence and platform performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 6–8 technical professionals
- Owning the delivery and support of Workday and People Systems
- Driving Agile delivery and ITIL service management best practice
- Managing third-party suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensuring security, governance and platform reliability
- Contributing to the People Systems roadmap and future enhancements
We're looking for:
- Extensive Workday experience
- Workday HCM Certification plus at least one additional certification
- Strong technical configuration and delivery expertise
- Experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum and service management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
