Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Platform Integration / Technical Delivery Manager to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of complex infrastructure changes and implementations across multiple teams and third-party suppliers.
The role will act as a key interface between Product Owners, Lab teams, infrastructure teams, suppliers and business stakeholders, ensuring dependencies, risks and blockers are effectively managed to enable safe and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sequence of integration and implementation activities in collaboration with Product Owners and aligned to the Lab backlog.
- Identify, catalogue and manage dependencies between the Lab and other technology teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective interlock and delivery coordination.
- Identify delivery blockers, risks and dependencies, driving mitigation and resolution and escalating to Product Owners or Lab leadership where required.
- Act as the primary interface between third-party suppliers and key business/technology stakeholders.
- Manage complex and high-risk implementations involving multiple internal and external parties, ensuring safe and controlled delivery.
- Coordinate integration processes and implementation events across shared infrastructure.
- Lead coordination activities for major infrastructure changes, such as mainframe or platform upgrades, working with SI and other technology partners.
- Coordinate multiple parties to ensure effective change execution and governance.
- Provide expertise and support for governance activities owned by Product Owners, including PRIA and similar governance processes.
- Coordinate changes that span multiple Labs / technology platforms.
- Maintain effective planning, tracking and reporting of delivery progress.
- Ensure appropriate risk, issue, dependency and change management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stakeholder meetings and implementation planning sessions.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong experience in Infrastructure Platform delivery and implementation.
- Proven experience managing complex technical implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Network/Voice technologies.
- Experience working across multiple technology teams, suppliers and system integrators.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change strategy, planning and governance.
- Strong risk, dependency and issue management capability.
- Excellent planning, tracking and reporting skills.
- Experience coordinating high-risk production implementations / major change events.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical delivery and programme/project management experience.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Strong customer-centric approach and accountability.
- Good understanding of AI and emerging technology concepts / AI literacy.
- Experience driving change adoption across technology teams.
