Technical Delivery Manager – Strategic Accounts (Customer Success)

We are now seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to take post-sales ownership across multiple strategic accounts and support our continued growth. This is a senior role within our Customer Success organisation, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade solutions powered by Appian’s cutting-edge platform.
Your focus will span multiple customers, and you’ll work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and high adoption rates. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting new business software and services opportunities.
The TDM will also help shape team culture, fostering a spirit of positive energy, high performance, and collaboration aligned with Appian’s values. You will mentor and coach Appian teams, providing actionable feedback and supporting career progression and development.
This role requires proven experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Appian projects, ensuring deployment aligns with client executive and business sponsor expectations.
- Mentor teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, guiding them from inception to successful launch while collaborating with stakeholders and establishing realistic development guidelines.
- Interface with Appian Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support.
- Work with delivery partners in the region to augment Appian-led engagements with external resources and to supplement partner-led engagements with Appian resources.

Requirements
- Significant experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support team growth and development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
