Vice President - Technical Delivery Manager
A global investment bank is seeking a Vice President - Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Information Security projects across a complex, regulated environment. Working closely with security, technology and business stakeholders across EMEA and global teams, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with governance standards.

- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale Information Security projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide governance, reporting and executive-level stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with global technology teams and third-party partners.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Skillset & Requirements
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or information security projects in a banking environment.
- Strong project management experience (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
- Experience working across Technology Risk, Cyber Security or Information Security.
- Knowledge of GRC platforms, IAM, TPRM and risk/control frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with CyberArk or BlueVoyant is advantageous.
