Open Medical

Open Medical was founded by doctors who strongly believe innovation can deliver smarter, faster care. We are the digital health experts behind the award-winning clinical workflow platform, Pathpoint. Everything we build is driven by four convictions: better health outcomes for patients, improved working conditions for clinicians, cost-effectiveness for healthcare providers, and long-term environmental sustainability.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Delivery Manager (Clinical Systems) to lead a team of Configuration Specialists. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex clinical workflows and technical execution.

You will not just manage tasks; you will deep-dive into clinical software workflows, integrations, and platform architecture to guide your team, unblock technical hurdles, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will also be responsible for running daily scrum standups and managing Jira tickets as well as coordinate complex deployments across the operational teams, and own the technical documentation ecosystem.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Ealing Broadway, London.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Technical Guidance

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage a small team of Configuration Specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide technical and workflow guidance to the team during configuration, integration design, and troubleshooting phases. Liaising directly with the senior technical team and coordinating execution of plans and actions with delivery teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Review configuration designs and integration schemas providing support for QA scenarios and processes to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with clinical best practices.

Delivery & Release Management

  • Project Coordination: Oversee timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for specific project implementations and platform-level changes.
  • Release & Deployment: Coordinate the deployment of new features, upgrades, and hotfixes across various environments (Dev, Staging, Production), ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations. Leading internal and external communication related to live deployments.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify project risks and technical bottlenecks early, developing proactive mitigation strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
